摘要：作为职业，社会工作的标志在于通过专业助人领取薪资。领取薪资使社会工作者区别于志愿者。但社会工作与其他领域的助人职业有别，通常无法要求服务对象支付相应的服务费用。在推进社会工作职业化的初级阶段，社会工作的薪资从何而来，成为其发展的关键问题。泽利泽立足人际交往关系与经济互动的视角，对考察社会工作职业特性和薪资问题极具启发性。“联结生活”的视角启发社会工作者关注到助人关系与经济关系共存的可能性。社会工作为实践社会正义承诺，达成社会福祉目标，并不必然与经济交易断绝联结；政府标定社会福利专项资金，采取购买服务的方式也不必然导致社会工作的“去社会性”。“联结生活”提供了使社会性、国家性与经济因素产生叠加与融合的可能路径，从而达成对助人服务更有意义的购买。在社会工作职业化发展过程中，重要的是探索并实现社会性与国家性相统一的可能路径。

Abstract: The hallmark of social work as a profession is to receive salary through professional help．Receiving salary distinguishes social workers from volunteers．However，social work differs from other areas of the helping professions in that it is often not possible to ask clients to pay for the services they provide．In the early stages of promoting the professionalization of social work，where social work is paid becomes a key issue in its development． Zelizer’s perspective on the interaction between interpersonal relationships and the economy is very instructive in examining the characteristics of the social work profession and the issue of remuneration．Drawn on the perspective of“connected lives”，this study argues that the“connected lives”stance inspires social workers to look at the possibility of co-existence between helping relationships and economic relationships．Social work is not necessarily disconnected from economic transactions in order to fulfill social justice commitments and realize social well-being goals．The government’s calibration of special funds for social welfare and the purchase of services will not necessarily lead to the “de-socialization”of social work．Connected living provides a possible path for the superposition and integration of social，state， and economic factors to achieve the purchase of helping services．In the process of professional development of social work，it is important to explore and realize the possible paths of unifying social and national aspects．
