The Asian Demographic Research Institute (ADRI) delegation visited the Population Center of Colorado University (CUPC), Boulder on April 24th, 2018. Lori Hunter and Fernando Riosmena, the director and associate director of CUPC, met with the ADRI group who were on their way of attending the Population Association of America (PAA) annual meeting in Denver, Colorado. They exchanged research and training experiences of the both sides and expressed their willingness of building a strong relationship between the two institutes, based on the existing collaborations.
CUPC is a well-known population program engaged in interdisciplinary research and training, particularly in environmental demography, migration, and population distribution – areas that ADRI is also interested in.
